Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Westfield, MA and surrounding communities. Whether you are a PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker, you can join a team that values compassion, reliability, and meaningful work. We offer flexible schedules with day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour. A $250 sign-on bonus is available after 90 days with 20 hours per week.

• HHA or CNA certification welcomed when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running essential errands and grocery shopping
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care

As an in home caregiver, you will provide one on one support that helps older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Your work can bring companionship, dignity, reassurance, and peace of mind to the people you care for.

Your responsibilities may include:
