Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is seeking caring in-home caregivers for Northfield, MA and surrounding communities. You will support seniors to stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, offering companionship and practical care across shifts.

We foster compassionate teams with flexible schedules, free training for qualified applicants, and opportunities to grow in home care. Prior experience not required—dedication and reliability matter most.

• Reliable transportation and commitment to client safety and confidentiality
• HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable

Responsabilités

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional encouragement
• Prepare meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry
• Run essential errands when needed
• Provide medication reminders
• Observe clients and report changes to the supervisor

$18.00 TO $20.00 PER HOUR

Pay Is Based On Experience, Skills, Certifications, And Qualifications.

Qualified new caregivers can earn a $250 sign on bonus after completing their first 90 days.

MAKE EVERY SHIFT MATTER

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your support can bring companionship, dignity, comfort, and peace of mind to the people you care for.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship and emotional encouragement
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
