Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors in Leverett, MA and nearby communities. Join a team that values dignity, safety, and independence for clients living at home, with shifts that fit your life and a pay rate of $18–$20 per hour.

You'll help with personal care, companionship, meals, light housekeeping, and transportation between visits, while receiving training and support from an office team dedicated to your success.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiving mindset.
• Able to communicate clearly in English.
• Willing to obtain HHA/CNA certification if applicable.
• Commitment to client safety and confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation to travel between clients.

Responsibilities

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your care can provide companionship, dignity, encouragement, and peace of mind to clients and their families.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running Essential Errands And Grocery Shopping
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
