Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Ashfield, MA and surrounding communities. Whether you are experienced (PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker) or just starting out, free training is available to qualified applicants.

Shifts include 8–12 hours, day and overnight options, with opportunities across Ashfield and nearby towns. Earn $18.00–$20.00 per hour, plus benefits like health insurance, 401(k), Wellness Time, and an office team you can

Qualifications

• Must commit to at least 20 hours per week.
• No unexcused absences during first 90 days.
• Able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Your care can provide companionship, dignity, encouragement, and peace of mind to clients and their families.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running Essential Errands and Grocery Shopping
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
