Job summary

BrightStar Care of Seminole County is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate in-home care. Flexible schedules across weekdays, weekends, and evenings, with paid orientation and weekly pay, support your work-life balance and professional growth.

Responsibilities include hygiene assistance, meal prep, mobility support, and creating a safe environment per the plan of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional caregiving experience.
• Valid CPR certificate with hands-on training (virtual courses not accepted).
• TB Skin test dated within the past year or chest x-ray within the past 5 years.
• Background check via Florida clearinghouse.
• Reliable car and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and hygiene care such as bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing.
• Assist with daily tasks including feeding, meal prep, linen changes, light housekeeping.
• Support active and passive mobility as defined by the care plan.
• Assist patients with walking and outdoor activities as needed.
• Maintain a safe care environment by following policies and standards.
