Job summary

CareDiem Home Care is seeking compassionate, skilled caregivers to help clients live safely and independently at home. We offer on-going 4hr shifts on weekends or weekdays with supportive team and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, and using our care app to clock in and document care. Requirements: 1+ year caregiving; CNA/HHA preferred; valid ID/SSN; TB test, background check, drug screen; CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private).
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable with smartphone apps.
