Our multiple clients are seeking motivated and reliable CAREGIVERS to work in group/residential homes in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas (Monroeville, Penn Hills, Wilkinsburg, McKeesport, Forest Hills, and more!). Which location is closest to you?

Hourly Compensation & Available Shifts

• $17/hr. compensation depending on qualifications, availability, and skills
• Second (Evening) and Third (Overnight) shifts available
• Flexible scheduling: weekdays or weekends, based on your availability
• Some assignments are ongoing, with client temp-to-perm options

Job Responsibilities

• Provide compassion and emotional support to residents with Mental Health and/or IDD, focusing on individual growth
• Assist residents with tasks they cannot perform independently, such as meal prep, cooking, bathing, dressing, and light housekeeping
• Monitor and redirect residents as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current Physical/TB screening
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• PA State Criminal Background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be reliable and dependable in both care provision and attendance
