Paid training and personalized client matching help you succeed by building on your strengths. Caregivers assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, transportation, and health observation/reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Reliable vehicle is required.
• Must pass national background check.
• Must be reliable and trustworthy.
• Have a genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life.
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding of clients’ needs.

Aufgaben

• Providing Personal Care: Assisting with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Assisting with Mobility: Helping clients move safely around their homes, including transfers.
• Meal Preparation: Planning and preparing meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Light Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including laundry and tidying.
• Companionship and Emotional Support: Providing a supportive presence and social engagement.
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, errands, or social activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing Personal Care: Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• Assisting with Mobility: Helping clients move safely around their homes, including transferring from beds, wheelchairs, or vehicles.

• Meal Preparation: Planning and preparing meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences.

• Light Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including tasks like laundry, cleaning, and organizing.

• Companionship and Emotional Support: Providing a stable and supportive presence, engaging clients in activities, and fostering social interaction.

• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, errands, or social activities.

• Observing and Reporting: Monitoring changes in clients' physical or mental health and reporting promptly to office staff.
