Comforts of Home Senior Living in Baldwin, WI, is seeking a RCA/Medication Aide - Top Wages! for a full-time AM shift. The role offers a pay range of $16.50-$20.00 per hour, DOQ, with paid training provided.

You will join a team delivering compassionate care to residents, families, and colleagues, making a meaningful daily impact. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong organization, and English language fluency.

Qualifications

• No experience required. Paid training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
• Document services performed.
• Observe and report any changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.
• Assist with personal care including shampooing, showering/bathing, incontinence management, transfers and medication administration.
• Communicate in a professional, respectful manner and assist residents with dementia or related diagnoses.
