Comforts of Home Senior Living in Baldwin is hiring RCA/Medication Aide (Top Wages!). This full-time AM shift offers a pay range of $16.50 to $20.00 per hour, depending on DOQ, and comprehensive benefits.

As a CNA/Caregiver, you will assist residents with daily living, monitor health, document care, and communicate with the team. No experience is required—paid training provided—and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualificações

• No experience necessary; paid training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
• Document services performed.
• Observe and report any changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.
• Assist residents with personal care which may include hair washing, showering/bathing, incontinence management, transferring and medication administration.

Caregiver responsibilities may include:

• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
