Job summary

LifeStyle Options - an Addus Homecare Company in your area is seeking caring aides to support clients with companionship, personal care, and daily tasks. No experience or certification is required because a training program will provide the tools and confidence to perform the job well.

A flexible schedule includes full-time or part-time hours, with live-in options and hourly shifts. Starting wage is $16 per hour plus holiday premium pay, and a supportive team is available 24/7.

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check.
• Warm heart and gentle touch.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• Two references (1 professional, 1 personal).

• Companionship and engaging activities.
• Assist with personal care and medication reminders.
• Provide basic house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation help.
• Escort client to appointments and run errands as needed.

What Your Responsibilities Look Like

Eligible employees and their dependents will be offered medical, hospitalization, vision, and dental benefits through the employer sponsored minimum essential plan. Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 80 hours per year based on tenure), and 1.5x pay for scheduled/worked covered holidays.
