Job summary

LifeStyle Options - an Addus Homecare Company is seeking compassionate aides to care for clients in YOUR area. No experience or certification is necessary as our training program provides the tools and confidence to perform well.

We offer a flexible schedule (Full Time and Part Time) with hourly shifts or live-in options, starting wage $16 per hour plus holiday premium pay, and 24/7 support from a dedicated team. Excellent training on day one and ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• A warm heart and gentle touch.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• 2 references (1 professional, 1 personal).

Responsibilities

• Companionship and engaging activities.
• Assist with personal care and medication reminders.
• Provide basic house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation.
• Escort client to appointments and errands as needed.

Eligible employees and their dependents will be offered medical, hospitalization, vision, and dental benefits through the employer sponsored minimum essential plan. Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 80 hours per year based on tenure), and 1.5x pay for scheduled/worked covered holidays.
