Job summary

LifeStyle Options - an Addus Homecare Company is seeking compassionate aides to support clients at home in Illinois. No experience or certification is necessary, as our training program will give you the tools and confidence to do the job well.

Starting wage is $16 per hour with holiday premium pay and flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time hours. You will provide companionship, personal care reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and help with appointments or errands.

• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• A warm heart and gentle touch!
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• 2 references (1 professional, 1 personal).

Eligible employees and their dependents will be offered medical, hospitalization, vision, and dental benefits through the employer sponsored minimum essential plan. Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 80 hours per year based on tenure), and 1.5x pay for scheduled/worked covered holidays.
