LifeStyle Options - an Addus Homecare Company is looking for caring aides to join our team in the local area. No experience or certification is necessary because our training program will give you the tools and confidence to do the job well.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, with hourly shifts or live-in options, and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour plus holiday premium pay. Our supportive team and ongoing training help you grow in a rewarding homecare career.

Eligible employees and their dependents will be offered medical, hospitalization, vision, and dental benefits through the employer sponsored minimum essential plan. Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 80 hours per year based on tenure), and 1.5x pay for scheduled/worked covered holidays.
