LifeStyle Options in Illinois is hiring compassionate aides with a structured training program that requires no prior experience. We offer flexible full-time or part-time hours, hourly shifts, and live-in options.

The starting wage is $16.50 per hour with holiday premium pay, plus a supportive 24/7 management team. Responsibilities include companionship, personal care assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, and escorting clients to appointments.

Eligible employees and their dependents will be offered medical, hospitalization, vision, and dental benefits through the employer sponsored minimum essential plan. Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 80 hours per year based on tenure), and 1.5x pay for scheduled/worked covered holidays.
