LifeStyle Options in Lincolnwood is seeking caring aides. No experience or certification is required because our training program gives you the tools to confidently support clients in your area.

We offer a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time), starting wage of $16.50 per hour plus holiday premium pay, 24/7 manager support, and an excellent training program on day one with ongoing opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or certification required.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Warm, reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• 2 references (1 professional, 1 personal).

• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Assist with personal care and medication reminders.
• Help with basic household tasks, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Escort clients to appointments and run errands as needed.

What Your Responsibilities Look Like

• Companionship and engaging activities
• Assist with personal care and medication reminders
• Provide basic house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation.
• Escort client to appointments and errands as needed.

Eligible employees and their dependents will be offered medical, hospitalization, vision, and dental benefits through the employer sponsored minimum essential plan. Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 80 hours per year based on tenure), and 1.5x pay for scheduled/worked covered holidays.
