Job summary

Inlet Coastal Resorts is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our Assisted Living & Memory Care team in Murrells Inlet, SC. You will help residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life with daily living activities and social engagement.

This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and commitment to excellent resident care, with opportunities for ongoing training and professional development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of caregiving experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, or Long-Term Care.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to assist residents with transfers, mobility, and personal care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and reporting changes in resident condition.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and dining support.
• Engage residents in activities and meaningful conversation.

What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver, you will help residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life by:
