Job description

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a Caregiver with office skills responsible for providing physical care and emotional support to clients, along with assisting with administrative tasks in the office. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, patient, trustworthy, organized, and possesses strong communication skills capable of handling administrative duties. The role involves working both in clients' homes and in the office.

Key Responsibilities as Caregiver:
  • Assist with daily activities and personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide companionship and social engagement
  • Prepare and serve meals, assist with baking/cooking, ensuring dietary requirements are met
  • Perform light housekeeping including vacuuming, laundry, trash removal, and changing bed linens
  • Remind clients about medications or assist with taking pre-dosed medications
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Grocery shopping and running errands as needed
Key Responsibilities in the Office:
  • Organize and maintain office areas
  • File and organize documents
  • Maintain documentation
  • Assist with interviewing potential applicants and onboarding new hires
  • Perform other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as HA, CNA
  • Previous caregiving experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize both caregiving and office responsibilities
