One You Love Homecare Windermere is seeking compassionate caregivers in Houston to help older adults live safely at home with non-medical care, companionship, and daily living support.

The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for development. Compensation is hourly and commensurate with experience, with a focus on reliable, empathetic service to families and clients in the Houston area.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving is a plus.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; proof of insurance if required for client transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.

Job Summary

• As a caregiver, you will provide essential non-medical assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. The role of a caregiver includes companionship, personal care support, assistance with daily living activities, and light housekeeping.
