One You Love Homecare of North, South, and West Houston is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support for older adults, helping them stay independent and safe. Roles include companionship, personal care, daily living assistance, and light housekeeping in clients' homes.

We value compassionate service, flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends, overnights), and a supportive work environment with training and recognition.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, proof of insurance if required for client transport.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.
