One You Love Homecare Windermere is seeking compassionate caregivers with an active CNA license to provide one-on-one non-medical home care to seniors, helping them stay safe, independent, and engaged. You will deliver companionship, personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed.

The role offers flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends, overnights), competitive wages between $13 and $16 per hour, paid training, and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Active CNA license required.
• Experience in caregiving or home care preferred.
• State certification/license in good standing, if applicable may be required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with insurance if transporting clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.

• Maintain client safety and report health changes.
• Observe infection control and follow care plans.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.

Job Summary
