One You Love Homecare Rockwall - Heath is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support for seniors in the Houston area. Youll offer companionship, help with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed.

Flexible scheduling available across days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Youll receive training and support, with a focus on dignity, independence, and safe home care.

Formación

• Prior caregiving or home care experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license (insurance if required).
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry; clock in/out and document tasks.

Job Summary

As a caregiver, you will provide essential non-medical assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. The role of a caregiver includes companionship, personal care support, assistance with daily living activities, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is a plus.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, proof of insurance (if required for client transport)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
• Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers.
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
