Senior Solutions (Senior Solutions At Home, Inc.) is seeking experienced Home Health Aides to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors. Duties include light housekeeping, sitter and transportation support, meal preparation, and personal care as needed.

The role offers flexible shifts, including weekends and live-in options. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year of experience, strong English communication, and be able to pass a TB test and background check.

Qualifications

• Must have English proficiency and strong communication skills.

• Background check and TB test within the last year required.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation.
• Provide personal care including basic incontinence care, transferring, dressing and bathing as needed.

From basic companion care (which includes, but is not limited to light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, etc.) to more integral personal care (which includes, but is not limited to incontinence care, transferring, dressing and bathing, etc.), our Home Health Aides provide a wide range of services. They also may work a variety of shifts, from 1-24 hours (live-in), over weekends, at night, in the morning, etc.

Additional requirements include:

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience working with seniors in a home setting preferred.
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills
• Three references required
• Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results
• Must be able to pass background check
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training a plus
