We are hiring PCA/Home Health Aides/Caregivers to work one-on-one with our in-home patients in Mystic, CT and surrounding areas. VA CASES AVAILABLE!

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support, assistance with personal hygiene, and household functions to help individuals remain in their own homes.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Report observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager. Notify immediately if any incidents or accidents occur.
• Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt when traveling for work.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, oral care, nail care, skin care, transfer of patients, and use of bedpans or toilets.
• Assist with household tasks essential to the client's personal care.

Education and Experience

• Experience in home care preferred.

• Ability to work flexible hours to meet patients' needs.
• Ability to work in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, gender, disability, or financial condition.
• Ability to work independently.
