TerraBella Senior Living is hiring Caregivers at Capstone at Station Camp.

The Caregiver's role includes providing hands-on care and emotional support to residents, while maintaining a safe, home-like environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining cleanliness of residents’ rooms and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, dignity, and safety
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating)
• Engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities

Position Requirements:

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience with seniors preferred
• Effective communication skills with residents, management, and co-workers
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
