Job summary

Suncrest Companion Services, part of LHC Group, is hiring PRN Home-based Caregivers in Waycross, GA to assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care in their homes. You will work multiple shifts and provide compassionate support to clients and families.

Responsibilities include monitoring health, documenting changes, and coordinating with families and caregivers. A valid driver’s license and access to transportation are required; BLS is required, CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Preferred: CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminder.
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system.
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.

As a home-based Caregiver, you will provide support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home. We are hiring PRN Caregivers for multiple shifts in Waycross and the surrounding areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminder
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed

The hourly pay for this role will range from $13 to $20 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
