Adava Care is hiring a Caregiver at our Hartland Pewaukee area buildings. You will provide hands-on personal care, support residents daily, and work as part of a small team dedicated to comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, medication reminders, and following personalized care plans. We value reliability, respectful interactions, and teamwork in a caring community.

Qualifications

• Pass a caregiver background check.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Caregiving experience is a plus, not a must; CNA/Med Aide/HCA experience counts.

Responsabilités

• Help residents with daily care—bathing, dressing, eating, moving.
• Administer medications on time per the care plan.
• Follow each resident’s care plan and document outcomes for the next shift.
• Communicate clearly with team, residents, and families.
• Keep the home clean and safe.

You'll provide hands-on personal care and daily support to residents.Small 20-bed houses. Small teams. You'll know every resident by name.Schedules go up 2 weeks ahead.
