Job summary

RoseWood Village Hollymead in Charlottesville, VA is hiring Caregivers/Resident Assistants without CNA certification. Training will be provided, and guided paths to certifications are offered.

The role supports residents with daily routines across all shifts on a full-time, part-time, or PRN basis. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour with benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No CNA certification required.
• Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable and team-focused.
• Ability to complete required background screening and training.
