Synergy HomeCare in Virginia is hiring compassionate individuals with no prior caregiving experience. Training will prepare you to become client-ready caregivers, with options for part-time schedules and up to 40 hours per week.

Selected candidates receive PCA training and orientation paid under Virginia minimum wage, plus potential for same-day pay and bi-weekly direct deposit. Beneficiaries include overtime pay and company benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• No prior caregiving experience required; training provided.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Negative TB test is required.
• Clear national background check; $50 background check fee deducted from first paycheck.
• Reliable transportation with active insurance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and home-based support.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
