This range is provided by Carespring Health Care Management. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base Pay Range

$15.00/hr - $16.50/hr

Our residents depend on you, so you must be committed and dependable. Caregivers will be responsible for:

1. Answering call lights
2. Passing ice & water to patients between meals
3. Assisting with hydration cart & HS snack pass
4. Making resident beds
5. Assisting with laundry
6. Marking personal items to prevent cross contamination
7. Setting dining room tables for meals
8. Providing companionship through one-on-one visits
9. Assisting with activities
10. Completing other non-direct care tasks assigned by nurse or unit manager

Caregivers will need to have:

1. A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
2. Willingness to learn & grow in healthcare
3. Eligibility to work in a skilled nursing facility
4. Patience, understanding, & compassion
