Job Description: Caregiver at Heritagespring Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation

Join our team at Heritagespring Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation in West Chester, OH. We are seeking dedicated caregivers for Day & Night Shifts. This role offers the opportunity to get paid while training to become an STNA.

Compensation

• Caregivers Rate of Pay: $14 to $16.50 Per Hour
• Pay varies by shift and may include shift differentials
• Pay increases upon certification

Responsibilities

• Answering call lights
• Passing ice & water to residents
• Assisting with hydration and snack passes
• Making beds and assisting with laundry
• Marking personal items to prevent cross contamination
• Setting dining tables for meal service
• Providing companionship and performing activities
• Completing other tasks as assigned by nurses or managers

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and passion for elder care
• Willingness to learn and grow in healthcare
• Eligibility to work in a skilled nursing facility
