Qualifications

• Degree in a Human Resource related field preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory leadership, especially in caregiving or non-profit settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to inspire.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Motivational, carrot-based management style.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead a diverse team of caregivers.

• Ability to pass a background check and obtain Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Direct Care Worker evaluations in the organization and in the field.
• Champion policies and procedures training, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Guide transitions in full-time and part-time staff status.
• Monitor unemployment claims and related activities to support team.
• Document caregiver concerns, issues, and incidents for growth.
• Process Direct Care Worker time-off requests and leaves of absence.
• Resolve conflicts and conduct investigations with empathy and diligence.
• Motivate the team and celebrate achievements daily.
