Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing and grooming to keep clients comfortable and dignified.
• Manage incontinence care with sensitivity and privacy.
• Perform light housekeeping to ease home life for clients.
• Prepare meals to maintain seniors’ health.
• Provide medication reminders to help avoid hospital readmissions.
• Ensure safety with memory care practices.
• Assist with prescribed physical therapy exercises.
