Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and service delivery for caregiver support initiatives.
• Plan and implement community outreach events and educational programs.
• Coordinate resource referrals to respite care and community benefits.
• Collaborate with internal staff to ensure referrals and funding availability.
• Track service utilization and ensure accurate records for grant reporting.
