According to one of our Caregivers, Ernesto, I started here at Marklund 15 years ago and I consider Marklund my second home. There are a few reasons why I have decided to stay so long. The benefits are great-you can't beat the health insurance from being a single man to now having 3 kids on my plan, it remained incredibly affordable. Another reason is the people. I am quiet and shy by nature, but in the last 15 years I have never felt alone here. There is always someone to greet me with a smile and good morning. Someone to ask me about my day, someone to listen, someone to talk to. Overall, it is a family atmosphere-one that I enjoy being in and will continue to be in. – Ernesto H.
