Caring for Others in the United States seeks a Staffing Manager to own the schedule and lead the Caregiver workforce, ensuring 100% shift coverage and high-quality service delivery. You will manage daily staffing and coordinate across teams to maintain continuity of care.

The role requires proactive leadership, strong organizational skills, and a focus on compliance, training, and customer service for Clients and Caregivers alike. This is a full-time on-site position based in Salem, Oregon.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, scheduling, or workforce coordination.
• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving in a high-volume environment.
• Proven performance management and team development experience.
• Detail-oriented with organized record-keeping and HRIS proficiency.
• Compliance-focused with EVV accuracy and HIPAA standards.
