Caring for Others is seeking a Staffing Manager to own the schedule and lead the Caregiver workforce, ensuring 100% shift coverage and exceptional service delivery while building a highly engaged, high-performing team.

You will strategically match Caregivers to Clients, coach staff, and drive engagement, retention, and compliance. The role emphasizes accuracy in HRIS data, EVV tracking, and seamless continuity of care from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, scheduling, or workforce coordination in healthcare or home care.
• Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and problem-solving in high-volume settings.
• Proven performance management, team development, and accountability.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills and data integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Compliance-focused, including HIPAA requirements.
• Technically comfortable with HRIS and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage daily and long-term Caregiver schedules to ensure 100% shift coverage.
• Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, location, and compatibility.
• Coach Caregivers, provide feedback, and partner with HR on reviews and improvements.
• Drive engagement, retention, and compliance; ensure staff are trained and qualified.
• Minimize overtime while maintaining accurate data across HRIS and scheduling systems.
• Serve as a primary contact for Clients and Caregivers via phone, email, and in person.
• Troubleshoot scheduling gaps, call-offs, and timekeeping discrepancies; ensure EVV accuracy.
• Pre-schedule new hires for immediate productivity and continuity of care.
