Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Caregiver - Special Needs / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at home and in the community across Westmoreland County, including Youngwood.

You will provide one-on-one care, help with daily activities, and promote independence in a supportive team environment. Training is provided and compensation includes benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• I/DD experience preferred, but not required; paid training is available for those new to the field.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with errands and appointments.
• Build meaningful connections with clients.
• Assist with daily routines.

What We're Looking For

Caregiver - Special Needs/ Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions are available throughout Westmoreland County, including: Greensburg, Irwin, New Kensington, Lower Burrell, Youngwood, Spring Church, and surrounding areas.
