Job summary

Alliance Senior Care LLC in Southeast Michigan is hiring 1:1 in-home caregivers. We have immediate openings for short or long shifts, full-time and part-time hours, with consistent schedules and opportunities for advancement.

We provide compassionate, client-focused care in a home setting. You will focus on one client at a time, build meaningful relationships, and receive competitive pay with benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and registration required.
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience required.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dependable.
• Able to communicate professionally with clients, families, and the ASC team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care including personal care, companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping.

You're Duties as a Caregiver

Provide compassionate, dependable care in a client's home, including assistance with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility, and other activities of daily living based on the client's care plan.
