Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking caregivers to support clients in the Longview area. The role features flexible scheduling, with you choosing weekly hours, and pay ranging from $20.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on client and shift.

Requirements include being 18+, having a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and being willing to enroll in HCA or CNA training if needed; paid training and orientation are provided, with ongoing support and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 18 years+
• Must own a smart phone with app access
• Background check required
• If no HCA/CNA license, enrollment in HCA training offered (Washington) with 120 days to complete

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Household chores, cooking, bathing, dressing
• Provide companionship and facilitate daily activities
• Transport clients to store or appointments as needed
• Monitor and report client conditions

Pay Range:

$20.00 to $26.00 (Depending on client/shift)

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• Washington only – If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.
• Pay Range $20.00 to $22.50 per hour

Requirements

• Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
