Job summary

Clarendale Six Corners in Chicago is seeking a hospitality-focused Caregiver to join our team. You will assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities, in a warm, respectful environment.

We offer full-time or part-time roles on 6:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-10:00pm, or 10:00pm-6:00am, with competitive pay and a strong benefits package including 401k, health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, daily pay, free parking, discounted meals, and tuition

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year CNA/PCA/HHA/RA experience preferred.
• 1 year experience in assisted living/memory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with high quality personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height/weight checks).
• Assist residents with mealtime, including cutting food and encouraging intake.
• Complete and document shift assignments; report if unable to complete to nursing supervisor.
• Communicate with residents, families, Department Heads and Director of Resident Services as needed.
• Provide planned activities and respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.
