Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a compassionate on-site Caregiver to support older adults with daily personal care in a center/clinic setting. You will help with bathing, grooming, meal prep, and activities, while maintaining dignity and independence of patients.

The role requires at least one year of relevant experience, good English communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a care team. Bilingual skills may be needed for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience caring for elderly or frail individuals.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Basic conversational and written English.
• Flexibility to provide care in center-based and home-based settings as assigned.
• Bilingual skills may be required depending on the patient population.
• Must be at least 18 when working in a licensed adult day program.
• CNA/HHA and BLS/CPR requirements will be confirmed during screening.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform active caregiving duties, including standing, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds with appropriate equipment or assistance. Must be able to wear required PPE.
