Amada Senior Care in Houston is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home care to seniors, helping them stay safe, independent, and comfortable at home. Responsibilities include companionship, personal hygiene support, medication reminders, mobility assistance, meal prep, shopping, light housekeeping, and reporting incidents.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with active auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within 20 miles of your home.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work with both male and female clients.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
• Assist with personal hygiene (showering, bathing, toileting, dressing).
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility inside and outside the home.
• Plan and prepare meals.

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a caregiver, you'll provide personalized, non-medical assistance to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support to elderly clients
• Assisting with personal hygiene, including showering, bathing, toileting, and dressing
• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with mobility inside and outside the home, including walks and doctor's appointments
• Planning and preparing meals
• Completing grocery shopping or accompanying clients on shopping trips
• Performing basic housekeeping dutiesReporting unusual incidents and responding appropriately to emergencies
• Assisting with activities essential to daily living

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for caregivers who meet the following requirements:

• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• Must have 2 years of caregiving experience
• Willingness and ability to travel within a 20-mile radius of your home
• Willingness to work with both male and female clients
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
• Compassionate, dependable, supportive, and professional attitude
