AllCare HomeCare, LLC. is seeking a dependable home caregiver to provide in-home support that promotes safety and independence while offering companionship. The role emphasizes patient, compassionate care and strong communication to assist with daily living tasks and routines.

The caregiver will help with walking, exercises, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and community activities, ensuring a respectful and supportive environment for the client.

Formación

• Compassionate, patient, reliable and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide standby assistance and safety supervision.
• Encourage independence while providing appropriate support.
• Previous caregiving or direct support experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

• Support daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and household tasks.
• Encourage independence with personal care, routines, and communication.
• Provide companionship through conversation, games, puzzles, and activities.
• Encourage physical activity, including walks, stretching, and workouts.
• Assist with scheduling accessible transportation and checking voicemail.
• Support approved community outings and activities.
• Provide calm, respectful communication and positive reinforcement.
• Monitor safety and report any concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
