AllCare HomeCare, LLC. is seeking a highly compassionate and attentive caregiver to provide consistent, person-centered support in Long Beach, CA.

The role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being while creating a safe and comfortable environment for the individual. The ideal candidate will respect daily routines, maintain privacy, and offer emotional support and patient communication.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• CPT First Aid.
• Live Scan.
• Negative TB test within last two years.

Responsabilités

• Assist with breakfast, lunch, and dinner planning and preparation.
• Support morning routines and day program preparation.
• Encourage independence and respect personal choices.
• Provide assistance when needed without taking over tasks the individual can do independently.
• Offer emotional support, companionship, and patient communication.
• Respect personal privacy while maintaining safety during shower routines.
• Assist with community activities and transportation concerns when requested.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or overall well-being.
• Document daily support needs according to the individualized care plan.
• Follow authorized service hours and coordinate schedules as required.
