Job summary

AllCare HomeCare, LLC. is seeking dependable caregivers to provide in-home support to clients throughout California. You will assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and help with meals while ensuring safety and dignity in every interaction.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, reliable, and patient with excellent communication skills. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Prior caregiving experience is a plus, and paid orientation and training are provided.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Remind clients to take medications (as permitted by state regulations)
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands
• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or emotional well-being
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
