Job summary

Senior Helpers of Albuquerque is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist seniors with daily living, companionship, and personal care. We offer flexible shifts, competitive pay based on experience, earned wage access, and opportunities for personal certification.

This role values reliability, weekend availability, and a genuine desire to improve clients' quality of life; a valid driver's license and a car with insurance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Genuine desire to assist others and improve quality of life.
• Weekend availability preferred.
• Car with insurance in your name preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff.
• Assist with personal care.
• Provide companionship.
• Assist with all ADLs as assigned.
