Job summary

Senior Helpers of Santa Fe is seeking caring caregivers to assist seniors with daily living, companionship, and personal care in Santa Fe, NM. The role rewards experience with higher pay for CNAs or seasoned caregivers and offers flexible shifts to fit your availability.

We value compassionate individuals who can communicate openly with seniors, families, and staff, and who are committed to helping clients age with dignity. Training and PPE are provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life.
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of our clients.
• Car with insurance in your name is preferred.
• Available on weekends is preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have a least 1 year professional caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff.
• Assist with personal care.
• Companionship.
• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
