The caregiver will support grooming, bathing, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and routine errands, while monitoring health changes and communicating with the supervisor. Requires valid US work authorization and Russian fluency.

Qualifications

• Fluent Russian is required.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience caring for elderly clients, especially those using mobility aids, is preferred.
• Experience providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and incontinence care.
• Compassionate, reliable, patient, and professional.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the client with grooming and dressing.
• Provide bed baths and assist with showers as needed.
• Perform diaper changes while maintaining dignity and comfort.
• Prepare meals and assist with cooking.
• Assist with wheelchair mobility and safe transfers, as needed.
• Grocery shop and assist with household errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including general cleaning.
• Complete laundry as needed.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s physical condition, mood, or well-being.
• Communicate concerns promptly to the supervisor or designated contact.

Schedule

• Days: Monday–Friday (5 days per week)
• Hours: 4 hours per day
• Estimated Weekly Hours: 20 hours
