Zusammenfassung

Charter Senior Living is seeking a caring and dependable Caregiver / Resident Care Associate to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods in Morehead City, NC. The role focuses on maintaining residents’ dignity, independence, and quality of life through hands-on assistance, companionship, and daily care.

Ideal candidates have prior caregiver experience (CNA/PCA/HHA or senior living).

Qualifikationen

• Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred
• Assisted living or memory care experience a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for serving seniors and enhancing quality of life

A Day in the Life

As a Caregiver, you are one of the main support providers for our residents and play a vital role in helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Caregivers provide hands-on support to residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care neighborhoods while building meaningful relationships through compassionate care and daily interaction.
